Who we are looking for
You run ETL that predates the modern stack
SSIS, SQL Agent, stored procedures, a bespoke service somebody wrote years ago. The less it looks like a tutorial, the more useful you are to us.
You have had a silent failure
A run that reported success and lost rows. If you know the cause already, that makes you a better partner, not a worse one.
You will tell us when we are wrong
A rejected diagnosis is worth more to us than a confirmed one. It is the only signal that improves the engine.
What you get, and what we ask
You get the product free through the pilot, direct access to the people building it, and influence over what ships next. We ask for real incidents, honest verdicts on the diagnoses, and permission to learn from what went wrong — never for your data to train anything shared with anyone else.
