The service

Decim is provided by Ryware. It investigates failures in the data pipelines you connect to it and produces diagnoses, evidence records and proposed remediations. It is currently pre-release software offered to design partners.

Your data stays yours

You retain all rights to the evidence collected from your systems and to anything derived from it. We claim no ownership over it and do not use it to train models shared with other customers.

What Decim does not do

It does not write to your databases, and it does not merge pull requests. Every remediation it proposes requires a human to approve and apply it. A diagnosis is an evidence-backed opinion, not a warranty — you remain responsible for decisions taken on your systems.

Availability

Pre-release software carries no uptime commitment. Service levels for Team and Enterprise plans are agreed in writing.
